What are good exercises to help with a groin/abs strain? I have tried resting

Without knowing the specifics of the injury then it is very difficult to make suggestions other than to advise that you seek help from a trained professional to assist with your injury problem.

Although I train using SIS supplement in my drink, I regularly suffer from cramp. I've had negative blood test results for sodium and magnesium levels, do you have any further suggestions to prevent cramp?

I do a little bit of cycling after about 25 to 40 mile my left hand goes completely numb i notice alot of riders have this, have you any idea what the common cause would be?
