When I run 3k or more my right toes and ball of my foot go numb. I have tried loosening my shoelace but it made no difference. Please help.

Numbness in the foot can sometimes be related to the tightness of your shoelaces, but there may be other reasons for the discomfort. You could start by visiting a specialist shoe retailer to ascertain if your shoes are the cause of the issue. If the problem persists then you should seek advice from a physiotherapist or podiatrist or other professional.

I get a stitch on my right side at the bottom of my rib cage, every run that I do. It sometimes moves over to my left but not very often. Is there anything that you can suggest? I've tried putting my hands in the air, squeezing my water bottle and I stop to stretch but it always comes back. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have a recurring popliteal injury, and don't have the funds to see a sports physio. Any ideas please?
