I always run alone but can running with someone else boost my motivation?

Running alone has its benefits but can get tiresome, and some social interaction can really freshen up your running and give you new impetus. You can compare training times and progress, and maybe add a competitive edge to your training sessions. I suggest giving it a go for one of your training sessions each week and if it works for you – stick with it.
