What is the best way to carry water during running?
Carrying water whilst running is always a little bit tricky and quite frankly how you do it often comes down to personal preference. There are a number of good water bottle belts available now that are comfortable to wear and not too heavy. You can also use a Camelbak rucksack, or similar with a built in water system or simply use an ergonomic hand-held bottle. The other alternative is to ask a friend or family member to accompany you on a bike and to carry fluids on your behalf.
