How do you attach your name letters to the running vest?

Thanks for your question – most name letters can be attached by ironing them on. It’s a good idea to make sure the iron is kept cool and place a piece of fabric between the iron and the letters to protect them – something like a dish towel or a pillow case. Do check the instructions sent with the letters though as the application process may differ slightly by manufacturer.

I am 83-year-old female. I have not run for over 40 years and doubted I could. Today, at the right place/right time I was watching my great grandkids play football and had the urge to run and I did. I felt a euphoria and could just not come down. Should I keep trying?
