Should I get a bike fit?
Your cycling position needs to be a perfect mix between comfort and aerodynamics in order to go fast. When playing around with your position it’s also important to think from an injury prevention perspective, especially when analysing seat height, your reach to the bars and cleat position.
Someone with a lot of experience and a good eye for bike fitting would be able to help you along your way, however, I’d recommend getting a bike fit from an expert who’ll be able to find that balance and will also have a heap of different saddles and stems for you to experiment with. It’s not an easy thing to figure out yourself.
