If I'm upgrading my bike for triathlon where should I start?

The first place to begin when upgrading your bike is the wheels and the tyres. This is what’s in contact with the ground and fast wheels and tyres will go a long way to making you faster.

After that think about getting an aerodynamic helmet and skin suit. The frame and groupset make a much smaller contribution than you may think.
