Back on it :-)

I have made a start on my shiny new 16 week training plan and had a better run today than I've had for a few weeks :-) And I was pleased to get out in the good weather this morning as it was lousy by this afternoon :-)

It was still slow by most people's standards, but legs felt good. Tomorrow's session is fartlek, hopefully a few of those will get the speed up a bit. That, and losing a few (for a 'few' read 'a lot of'!) excess pounds ;-)

So here we go, it gets serious now. Bring ... it .. ON!!
