Well it's not as bad as it was!
Thanks for all your advice and I am listening - I didn't run at lunch today. I tried to see physio but couldn't get in but I managed to get a back massage which seems to have helped a lot. Hopefully it'll feel better again tomorrow and I might manage a run, but don't worry any pain and I won't run.
Hope you're all enjoying the taper - those of you who were on here last year will know what kind of madness will happen over the enxt few weeks as our minds start to cope with not running!
