You’ve no doubt heard that you should aim for roughly 10,000 steps every day, but did you know what reaching that step target will achieve? From losing weight to improving heart health and building muscle, getting enough steps in is a great indicator of a healthy and active lifestyle. But sometimes it can be hard to push yourself to reach that step goal. Well not anymore with our Virtual Steps Challenge. Build up the amount of steps you do over the course of 30 days, until you reach the goal of completing 10,000 steps in a single day. Once you’ve reached your goal, we’ll post you a high quality medal to proudly show off for completing the challenge.

Our 30-day Virtual Steps Challenge training plan helps you gradually improve your walking fitness, adding more and more steps each day. By the time you’ve followed it to the end, you’ll easily be able to complete 10,000 steps every day.

You’ll use your 30-day training plan to record your daily step progress along the way. Once you’ve finished the challenge, send us your completed training log as proof and we’ll send your medal out to you.
Alternatively, you can track your steps on a pedometer, app or smart watch, and send us a screenshot to show you have completed the 10,000 steps goal.
