Had to come in at 10 instead of 12

OMG, felt so yucky when I set off to do my 12 miles on Sunday, managed to do 10 but had to dash home early for the loo! Not sure whether it was the green chicken curry that I made and ate the night before or the additon of a glucose gel after 7 miles but I'm now definitely just sticking to something very plain to eat the night before the marathon. Apologies as I realise that this is too much information, but having to dash to the loo whilst running the marathon has always worried me although hopefully it was a one off and 'll be able to skip around the route without corssing my legs once (as running with your legs crossed is pretty difficult - I should know)! Am hoping to go to the Expo on Thursday afternoon and again on the Saturday at 1400 to meet with the Help for Heroes Team. Should anyone be around at those times to say hello that would be great! Did 6 today in 54 mins so am just hoping for reasonable weather on the day.
