About running home
This run started Dec 05; in the early weeks & months could only manage to jog/walk, mostly walking. Has been a struggle and would never have believed that I actually could have got this far. Have run GNR 06, 07, 08, 09 & 11, Edinburgh Marathon 07 & 11, London Marathon 09 then finally reached the Hebridean Challenge. Proud to have been able to have run all five Hebridean Half Marathons in 2008, Stornoway, Benbecula, Barra, Skye & Harris. My journey should really have ended in the Western Isles 2008 but have been left with unfinished business and a world of possibilities.
