Alex and Nick - Beachy Head Marathon by Alexx

One of the best places to run is up on the South Downs via Seaford Head, its a big steep hill.. I went up there today and ran some of the way but walked the last really steep bit..  It was so nice to get back up there, a bit like being on top of the world looking over Seaford bay and then over to the Coast guard cottages and the 7 sisters.. I carried on over the downs to the Cuckmere and then back... A really nice run which I think I might do again tomorrow...  Runs like this are the reason I run! Love it...
