Two Out of Three Ain't Bad by AndreaLay

I was scheduled to run all three of the triple crown, but two days ago, I came down with such a wretched flu-like symptom, I could not make it to today's 10K.

So here I sit, reading and re-reading all the posts on the forum, grinding my teeth and feeling sorry for myself.

I will be running Papa John's  10 miler on March 29, which is, coincidentally, my 53rd birthday.
