Is it still Sunday?
Jan0620109:35 p.m.
I'm so out of routine, I can't rmrmber what day of the week it is, let alone how many miles I've been running! First day back at work yesterday after what seemed like 2 weeks of Sundays, and now I'm forced to stay home from work on another 'Sunday' due to the snow! -not that I'm complaining- although I probab ly will if all that snow turns to ice then lingers and prevents me from running!!
Although I've forgotten the details, I promise that I have been putting the miles in and the hours in the gym with all the NY revolutioners (not that there have been that many, especially with the snow). Have been doing something every other day. Need to do 13 miles soon, but needless to say, it will have to wait until the snow goes. There is no way on this earth that I will do that distance on a treadmill!
Hope you're all staying safe and not risking it out there, get down the gym (but not mine!) and wait for the thaw.
Stay warm,
Andreax

lou21 'I need to do 10 on Sunday and I have just seen the weather forecast! Like you there ia no way I could run that on the treadmill... apart from anything they have a 20 minute limit during busy times at our gym! And I am not that fast! Well done on all you training :0)' added 6th Jan 2010
