What a fantastic day yesterday's London Marathon was - fantstic crowd, fantastic atmosphere - inspiring and enthusiastic runners (despite the early rain!), brilliant...
Obviously feeling hugely achy today but very pleased with the achievement - 4 hours 25 minutes and some seconds, much better than last year's 5 hours and 5 minutes; the extra training paid off, yay...
Hope everyone else enjoyed their day and proud of their achievements - well done!

Following yesterday's hiccup I wanted to attempt 20 miles this evening after work to see what happened / build a little confidence etc... To cut a long story...
