Time to update this I think! 2008 saw me run the Reading Half, Race for Life ,The London Royal Parks Half and many hundred miles training too. Injury wise I damaged my leg, hip and arm at Reading (silly fall), displaced four ribs and had a  hamstring injury and I eventually had the operation on my nose whch took some time to heal!  My lovely new grandson Elliott was born in August so a good reason to keep going and try and keep fit. So to 2009 -  High Legh, Reading Half again and the Great South Run are entered so something to aim for again. Also aim to be injury free if at all possible and to start to enjoy the running again.

Pulled out of Reading but have entered the Royal Parks half in October so plenty to aim for.
