Run/Walk

It was shopping straight after work and then tea to sort out. Finally got finished at half 7 so then sat down for half an hour and hit the streets at 8pm
I did an hour of 2mins walking and then 2 minutes jogging. The jogging pace was no more than a jog but I still probably covered 4.5 miles in the time. It felt pretty good and it eased my tight left buttock which had pained me all day.
Feel fine today so will do the same again tonight and another hours run tomorrow. I am seing the benefit on the scales already as I was 15st 8lb this morning which means I have lost 4lbs already this week. (I was slightly bunged up last week which is sorted this week so that may have had something to do with it!) I do feel better for it though
