hello strangers

It's been a while, hasn't it? Triggered by the knowledge that some blogchums will be taking on the Bath Half this weekend I thought I must wish them well. So, to all of you running Bath, have a great time and hope you run a great time. Do still get blog post alerts from some of you so I am keeping abreast of things, but just a little more removed these days. Have I been running? Actually I have! Only 2 or 3 times a week and only 4-6 miles, but mojo is beginning to return and a couple of pounds have fallen off. Didn't get a place in the GNR so have entered Bristol instead. Home town race so really looking forward to that. Have 'discovered' twitter so tend to tweet rather than blog - @baywatch77 Anyway, hope you are all well and take care. All the very best Baywatch
