Hamstring problem almost over

I have managed another 2 runs in Netherlands already this week following last Sunday's run and it feels as though the running is actually helping the resolution of my hamstring injury. I guess its the fact that it is increasing the blood supply to the muscles which in turn is helping the healing process and by running and stretching I am getting more flexibility too.
I'm now feeling pretty positive about making it for the big day. I would have liked to do the full training program but I'm hoping this is where I reap the benefit of all the training and racing in the second half of 2008 and that my "muscle memory" is still there.
