This will be my pace race for my marathon training. I'm shooting for 9 minute miles, but will be happy with whatever I can achieve.
I've got the carb plan: 45 grams of carbs and 30 grams of protein before the race. 50 grams of carbs during the race, which will be provided by my beloved SportsBeans -- yay, berry blue! -- starting about 8 minutes into the race.
No music on this run, but it's only 10K, so I can probably do it. I will have to carry my tunes in my head.
I'm so nervous!
