Still fighting it off

The cold that is! It hasn't got me yet, still feeling just about ok, coping with work and everything. Went to the track last night and did 10 x 300m with 100m recovery. Didn't push it too hard, just kept it fairly comfortable, concentrated on technique rather than speed. Had an apple pie and a cup of tea before hand. Was very cold at the track and almost snowed! Not as windy as it has been tho. I enjoyed it, I suppose.
