Whey hey...... did it again
The run to and from work I mean (the from work is mostly walk but it is a very steep hill and fab scenery so just kept having to stop to take some pics, talk to the lambs etc and, rest of course 
I'm trying to forget how hard it was (again), how my feet ached, how cold it was this morning before 7am 
, and why that strange ache keeps emerging down my leg. Instead I'm concentrating on how elated I was when I finished, how much my feet will enjoy being elevated tonight whilst I watch the box, how springlike it was this evening coming home, and how strong my calves will be looking by summer!!!
I finished off by performing a series of stretches "in the back field", I did warn my neighbour first - would hate them to think I'd keeled over!! Also instead of the dogs attacking me they sat Lassie like at my feet, good job I was still conscious really. 
Anyhow, off to fetch a glass of wine in time for some northern culture in the guise of Coronation Street. Hope you all have a fab weekend, i'll be off swimming in Semer Water tomorrow (Johnf I thought everyone knew I was mad by now!!), and then have a house viewing on Sunday, ooooooh exciting
