My ankle's starting to recover after falling on it while skiing. I only sprained it so hopefully I'll be able to go out for a run soon. I'm aiming for next week but we'll wait and see - my doc said not to go for a run until I've done a fair amount of walking to make sure my ankle's ok, so I'll see how it goes this week. My walk to work is taking longer in the mornings and I'm being cautious, but it'll be reet.
