Addidas 5k by Crazycatlady

Hi everyone,

I ran my first 5k this Sunday in Hyde Park the Addidas Challenge in32 min, I have run 5k's before but walked and ran.  I usually run 5k in 29.11 but there were so many people and it was very warm.

I ran for the Cats Protection, was hoping to see more supporters there.

I am running the 8 mile Kingston race in October and am really looking forward to it, even though I will have to walk some of the way as I can only run about 4 miles before I have to stop to get my breath then carry on.

Would like to make new running friends on here and would like to here from anyone who is also doing the Kingston Human race.

I have been training hard for this event and really enjoyed it
