Slower in the week

Ran this one trying to keep average HR down to 70%. A couple of hills on the route so let HR drift up to 164 on those. Still feels too slow but trying to stick to it.

For some reason during the week my heart rate seems to be hard to keep down, not drunk enought oday, which i think may be the cause, but by keeping the rate down the pace has been loads slower that the long run on sunday.
