Back to the start of the week
Morning.... I'm worn out.
Ran another 8km on Thursday evening, it went better that Tuesday, although I ran alone the girls couldn't make it. Saturday I went out in the morning by home and ran a quick 5k, couldn't run the race as I had to take my daughter to her school spring fair, she was working at the book stall.
Amy has torn the ligaments in her ankle, fell awkwardly on some steps at school, had her at the hospital friday morning they did X-Rays not broken but very sore and swollen . They gave her crutches and told her to keep her weight off it. She has to go back tomorrow.
Sunday we went to watch the T20 warm up game at Centurion, SA played Australia, it was a great game and SA won.
Big rugby game on Friday SA play England, they are already giving me stick here at the office, would laugh if England won. They think here that SA will win the World cup.
The wellness day went well on Friday, my cholestral was too low to measure... blood pressure is low, thats normal I've always had low blood pressure, also glucose was 3.8. The junk food addicts didn't even pitch to have theirs tested. The few that did were not impressed that I have lower stats than them... They go the gym once a week and think they are fit...
Cheers

SuperCaz 'Give my condolences to Amy - being off with a tight achilles is bad enough but she sounds like she is really suffering. My blood pressure has been slowly dropping too. I had it measured on Friday and I am exactly 40 units lower than I was two years ago!' added 10th Sep 2007
