It's a rest day in the schedule today, but did some skipping instead only half an hour but it raised the heartbeat with risk of pulling any muscles. Hope everyone is trainning hard x

Completed my scheduled training today and found easy enough, which was: Run 1 minute. Walk 2 and repeat 12 times. Was going to do more but it states no matter... -

Day 1
Right here goes, starting my training tomorrow, got a really good book from the local book store that has a 13 week programme to start me off. Taking my dog...
