Completed my scheduled training today and found easy enough, which was: Run 1 minute. Walk 2 and repeat 12 times. Was going to do more but it states no matter how easy you feel this is at the beginning that i must not do more as i would be at risk of injuring myself.....not sure is that is true at this level. Please let me know your thoughts on this???
Holly and Henry came too (the mutts) Holly is not allowed of the lead as she is a huskie cross and has no recall, so the gentle start will help her too.
Good luck to everyone out there x
Meant to be a rest day tomorrow, but might do some skipping instead just to get a gentle sweat up.

philk 'It's so frustrating doing what the schedules say, especially if you feel you can do more. My personal thought is to ease yourself into it, before you know it you will be running 3 miles without thinking about it and then you can look at the schedule again and see if it is too easy for you.' added 7th Jun 2011

Keith_L 'Follow the schedule is the best advice anyone can give you. After you have been running abit you will work out how you can push it - but marathon training rewards consistency rather than lots then no running' added 7th Jun 2011
