I need to run!!!!

May20200612:26 p.m.

"A roughed up knee" is what my physio called the pain I was experiencing, it sounded far more encouraging than the medial collateral ligament tear that Doctors diagnosed! So what does that mean, well apparently I am over pronating or as Simon put it "am knock knee'd". I guess this wasn't the start I wanted to training but in hindsight at least I have identified what the problem is and can crack on with sorting it out...

The good news is I can cross train, so 10k on the bike this morning followed by my physio excercises.... I can't wait to get back on a treadmill and run though! Hopefully I will get the all clear next week.

Making the most of the time I have on my hands at the moment to do some marathon reading.... getting some great tips.

Well, must go I have got to do the ironing!!!!
