I really hope there is a point to this.

Nov26201111:23 a.m.

I had another busy week at work. I went to see Mrs Physio again on Thursday, but had to say I'd only run twice since I saw her last week. Embarassed

I went for another of the only runs she'll let me do, this morning. It should've been 12 minutes, and I thought I turned around at 6-ish, but it was actually 13:12, which was 1.2 miles, so 10.97 min/mile. Orange again! (Which means, under 11 min/mile, if you're not a regular here. Yes, I know that's horribly slow for most people, but I didn't always manage it, even before my bum started playing up Embarassed).

I can still feel my pirifomis, but definitely not enough to put me off running. But, running for only 13 minutes. Is there any point? Is it 'easing' me back in (very slowly!). Is it reminding my muscles how running works? Or is it all a bit silly? Would I be better off being lazy, until my bum is sorted? (If it ever will be! Surprised)
