Is there something wrong with my heart?

I'm still taking it *really* easy with the running, due to this muscle tear or whatever in my bum, the sciatic nerve/piriformis trouble, and now the ITB being affected as well, apparently.
Mrs Physio says I can run for 'about 10 minutes'. Last week, work was too hectic for many of them. But I went out again at lunchtime today. My leg/bum felt fine (well, 'OK', anyway. Not 'right', but much much better than it has been. So
).
But my heart-rate was up over 240 for some of it.
It has been at 220 on most runs anyway. Rob gets perfectly sensible heart-rates from the Garmin. But I always get silly ones. He has one band for the monitor, and I have another, so we don't need to keep adjusting it. But I have had two bands, because I complained about it going all saggy not long ago, and the band was all frayed, so Garmin sent me a new one. They both say my heart rate is stupidly high. But the same gizmo doesn't say Rob's is silly.
I have often had to have my pulse taken at the doctors, and it is fine. So why is it so silly when I run? Is it the Garmin band, or is it my heart?
TBH, I've never paid any attention when running anyway. I look at the pace, and time, and distance. But I've never cared about the heart rate. But, 240?
