I did make it to the gym today.
I'm aching all over from playing rugby.
I done all the exercises on my programme apart from 2 as again I ran out of time. The programme included foam roller work for self massage on my legs, some core strength work and some stabilisation exercises as well as lots of stretching.
The biomechanics of my body has adapted slighty from when I injured myself. Beacuse I was determined to run the London Marathon, the problems I'm now getting could have been rectified earlier, but i wasn't going to let my dream of the marathon not come true because of my injury.
I'm not sure how quickly I'll see the benefits or the changes especially when this week I won't get to do my programme.
