No exercise for 5 days...

Today I went to the gym for the first time since Sunday.
I've been away in Hamburg since Tuesday for the Europa League cup final which was emotional!
I wasn't sure what I wanted to do today, so slowly throughout the day started coming up with a plan.
I started off with a 20 minute cycle as it feels like it's been ages since I done any cardio work.
I then decided I would do some calf raises 2 sets of 15. I also done lunges with the back foot on a box. I done 2 sets of 15.
Apart from those, I done all my stretching and all my foam roller work, with the intention of going to the gym tomorrow and doing all the strength work.
Whilst in Hamburg, I did try and stretch everyday as I was feeling pretty stiff and achy from my physio session on Monday.
