Physio day!

May10201010:29 p.m.

Today I went to see Seb my physio.

We assessed my progress and went through and issues I may have had over the past week. I told him I had played rugby and for how long for and that i was feeling quite tight still from the game on Saturday. He stretched me out a little.

We spent most of the time in the gym. He got me to cycle for a couple of minutes to warm up, in which he then got me to do some exercise which involved being on a box and lunging in which he tried to correct my hips as my left side was twisitng in. My knees were also coming in, in which I had to make a concious effort to kep them over my feet.

i done squats with a 12kg bar and quite a few calf raises with stretching in between each set.

He's agreed I can do some running but for no more than 30 minutes. I'm not going to be able to do any or much exercise over the next few days as I'm in hamburg, but I'm going to take my rugby ball and at least try and do some self massage and I can do my stretching.
