  • First things first ... shopping!

    I need new trainers. The PT at my gym says my knees are hurting when I run because of the lack of support from my trainers. I told him thats ironic.

    Anyway, tonight I must go and buy some new trainers and I know its not going to be a cheap affair. It's odd because I never flinch at buying a pair of my favourite Kurt Geiger high heels for £110 but for some reason I resent buying running trainers at the same price. Maybe, because they are so damn ugly!?
