Half way there!
Feb2220102 p.m.
Week 9 of the 18 week Higdon training plan dutifully completed. Total mileage for last week 38 miles and it was a step-back week too! This week saw me running 4 miles this morning and wiil see me running 9 tomorrow, 4 Wednesday, 9 Friday and er...19 on Saturday. Jolly days...Bit parky out there though!
I'm sure there was something else I wanted to blog about. For the life of me I can't remember what it was. So much for the increase in brain cells from running....

squa25 '38 on an easy week?! I'd hate to know what the peak of your training looks like. My memory and brain for that matter went the day I signed up to run... Happy running, you're doing a stirling job! ' added 22nd Feb 2010

Petecw29 'Good running Hat sounds like you're training's going well despite your moans about the long runs!! Do you think that being a PT means you can't wimp out because that would give your clients a bad example? That's how I feel as a coach trying to encourage others, so even on a bad day like Sunday there's no way I'd drop out like one runner from our club did!' added 23rd Feb 2010
