London Marathon Training by Helenman1

Fantastic, I'm in London, I'm so excited - managed to get my name pulled out of the hat from my running club "The Peel Road Runners" (from Tamworth) have only been applyng for 2 years and didn't expect to get in via ballot for years.  I feel so lucky and to be able to do it before I'm 40 makes it even better.  Some of my  work colleagues think I'm crazy to be  so excited at the prospect of running 26.2 miles and they're probably right. But now for the hard slog training in all sorts of weather, I have great support from my husband and family and a great team to train with so here we go....................................................
