A little chilly.............
We're experiencing quite a cold snap these last few days. -8 for my run this morning. 
I didn't go to the track as usual for a Tuesday as last year I decided there is no way I'm ever going to run track if it's below -5 ! I don't think that's too unresasonable and especially as it's Christmas week, I can be a little kicked back. 
I did run a nice easy 6 miler though, and if you are dressed in the right gear, you can run in any weather and be totally comfy 
. It's supposed to warm up tomorrow. Sorry for the boring weather report! Happy Christmas & Hannukah everyone!
