Glen Miller 10k+
Just a quick update....did a 10k (and a bit...) as a follow-up to the half marathon that I did a few weeks back. No surprise in that my fitness is still way below par as I am only able to do 43-44 minute 10k's and I really need/should be closer to 40 minutes.
Must also start cross-training more...need to get to the pool.
