The Training Begins

Went out for my first run of my 2012 training schedule. What a programme, 30 minutes easy run for the first session, just what I needed.
Felt really comfortable throughout, thankfully the sore thighs have gone. The only trouble was adjusting one of my regular routes that takes 22 minutes, to add a bit extra on to meet the 30 minute target.
Also managed to get up at 06:15 this morning to do a few weights before getting ready for work. I surprisingly enjoyed this mornings session, though might have to increase the weight!
This evening will be Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for a 2 hour session. The only problem is I'll finish at 8 and probably not get home until gone 11 thanks to public transport. Maybe when I'm fitter I could run home. Or just get a driving license!!
