Only had to dive into a hedge twice to avoid crap car drivers.
Saw 2 yaks. Reminded me of my best mates mum.

Blew out a meeting with my CEO today. Added 30 seconds to my mile pace. Must be the thought of the impending bollocking tomorrow. 6 miles - 52 minutes -

First training run
Changing a fat, slow idiot into a mean lean NY marathon running machine. 1st run, 8 miles, 67mins. Wont wear all the gold next time.
