A new start ?

Well. I have still not managed a run yet since marathon day, I was going to go out at the weekend but the weather was rubbish, it's nice to have a choice again, if only for a little while 
also my leg has been playing up again so I thought I would give it another few days rest.
Anyway, no excuses tonight (yet !) so a trot round the block is on the cards, time to get back in the saddle and into a routine before all my hard earned fitness goes out the window.
VLM2011 successfully entered, hmmm maybe I should have just quit with a fantastic memory (if not great time wise), suddenly I feel all nervous again 
... sod it .... it's only 26.2 miles !!
... does this mean that I need a new blog ??
