Been a funny few months but I thought I'd drop a message to see how you're all doing?
erm.. How are you all doing?
Two updates from me:
1) Last weeked I became an Ironman finishing the Zurich race in 14 hrs 24 minutes
and
2) I'm going to be Dad! Gulp!
