Hi. I have created this blog to log my training for the Berlin marathon on 28th September 2008 to raise money for Samaritans (www.justgiving.com/jonrunsberlin2008)
Here I will record all details of my training schedule in the 9 months leading up to the event, starting 1st January 2008. I will also post accounts of any races I enter as preparation for the main event, and will record my weight and body fat percentage.
Let the training begin!
