Pain Free :)

Started my VLM training yesterday managed 5m yesterday just a little back and knee pain very happy the longest distance for 8wk due to injury.
Today I ran a slow 3m very windy no pain today so all good will turbo train tomorrow then running club on Wednesday hope I can keep up with everyone
