Figuring out how to do this 19 mile run

OF COURSE, the weather here is now crap, and has been for the past few days. It's cold and rainy and I am suppose to do 19 miles. Not really any other day I can do it either. Not sure how I am gonna do it which is why I am blogging & trying to figure something to commit to. Any ideas?
There is no way I will be able to run 3 hrs outdoors, I just have anywhere I can even go that long that's no rainy & muddy. I also don't want to get sick since I am getting over some sinus thing. I think maybe I will run around my apartments for as long as I can stand. That way if I need a drink, bathroom, or change of clothes I have access. About 4 x around is 1 mile. So maybe I will try to knock off at least an hour. Then I think I will head to the gym to finish the rest. I am so sick of this weather. Regardless of the weather I am not sure if I'm gonna do the whole 19...I am just gonna go on how my body feels.
It's already 9:15 am. I think I am gonna grab a bagel and some island coconut coffee from Bruggers. Download some new tunes on my ipod. Then hopefully head out by 10:30am. I got called into work today so I also have to get there at some point. Hopefully my plan will all work out. I'll let you know how it goes! Wish me luck.
