FINALLY!!!!!!
Mar1720098:58 p.m.
So I did end up taking the pup for another walk outside on Sunday cause it was SOO nice out and he loved it. I also went to the gym and did 1 hr 10 mins of crosstraining and some weights/abs. Yesterday I got up before work and ran for 30 minutes outside. I ended up working late and had no motivation to do anything else at night. Today again I got out of work late but was determined to run outside, so I hurried up made the hubby a sandwich, changed, and went to the Erie Canal. It was about 6:30 PM by time I got there so I wasn't really sure how long I would have before it got too dark. I ended up running what felt like was a good pace, but I am not so sure what my outdoor pace is? So I ran for 1 hr 10 minutes about. I am hoping I was close to the 8 miles I was suppose to do today but I am not gonna stress over it, I am just happy I did it outside. It did get pitch black by time I was done, and I was the only one on the canal so I was getting a lil freaked out. Otherwise I would have ran an extra 10 mins just to know that I def got in my miles, but once the scare factor set in I stopped caring and ran as fast as I could back to my car. I again didn't do any weights today, I was pretty hungry cause at this point it was 8pm so I decided to just go home. I work at 7 am tomorrow so I didn't want to stay out to late. I am hopefully gonna do a weight work out tomorrow or something. It is suppose to be warm the next two days then get cold again :( I actually was able to go for a walk on my lunch break today without a jacket, and I broke a sweat! I love it when the spring time comes, everyone is in a such better mood.
OK almost 1 week and I will be off to NC for a conference to get certified in weight management through the American Dietetic Association and to visit with my BFF. Can't wait!
So I am happy I accomplished my 2 outdoor runs for the week, I just don't know how far exactly I go which kinda blows cause that's the one thing I have OCD about but oh well, I guess I just need to go on time.
Happy St. Patty's Day!
