OOPs

My bad, I was completely wrong about the mileage I have ahead of me this week. Glad I checked sooner than later but now I feel like I probably over did the "cross training" tonight by doing Turbo kick (kinda harsh on the knees). Looks like I am suppose to log a total of 50 miles this week.
Here's how the week is suppose to go:
Tues: 5 miles, Wed: 10 miles, Thurs: 5 miles, Fri: OFF, Sat: 10 miles, Sun: 20 miles
Wow, I didn't realize after doing 19, I had to do 20 this weekend. I guess this is my first 20 miler out of 3 I am suppose to do. OK I am going to try to stay positive and try to stick to the schedule. I have to admit I am not a fan of this schedule, I kinda wish I would have made my own! I might rotate and do the 20 on Saturday but I have a feeling if I do that I may chicken out on the 10 miler for Sunday. It looks like it's rain showers all week except for Saturday and Sunday so I will have to get out and pound the pavement this weekend, or hopefully the trail at green lakes. Well I will keep you posted how it goes. That day off is looking so far away right now!
