Update - -so far...

Apr1120094:14 p.m.

So far, so good.  I had Tuesday off from work (thank god!) it was however snowing and freezing in Syracuse so I did my 5 mile run on the treadmill but I completed it in a little under 42 minutes so I was happy.  I met my sis for coffee and soup at Panera afterward and for some gabbing so it was a relaxing day off.

Wednesday I went to the gym straight from work and ran 8.5 miles, then it was time for Zumba so I stopped and did the Zumba class which was so much fun.  Afterward I went back upstairs  for 1.5 more miles to finish my 10 miles out.  I know it's probably better not to split it up but I figured that I was far enough along that it wasn't too much of a big deal? Anyone else out there share my love for Zumba?

Thursday after work I met my sister at Green Lakes for a run.  It was kinda chillier/windy than I prefer but I wanted to get outside at least once before my long run.  We just bundled up and ran 5 miles at Green Lakes.

Friday was my day off! I did nothing active except a little 30 minute walk on my lunch break.  My hubby is so sweet and had an edible arrangement for me when I got home from work as my Easter present! SOO good.  Then we ran some errands and went to dinner @ Ruby Tuesdays.  For the record, I am not a fan of their new veggie burger : (

Now it's Saturday, I had to work overtime this morning and I had to finish up my exam for the weight mangement certificate (which I passed!).  Just gonna relax for a bit, do some cleaning, then I gotta do a 10 miler today.  I am scheduled for a 20 miler tomorrow.  My hubby works til 6pm and I have no "Easter" plans per say so no biggie.  Prob just run, clean, and cook tomorrow.

Happy Easter, hope everyone is doing well with their training and more importantly having funTongue out
